Small is beautiful.  A small list allows you to take rifle shots at what needs to be done, leaving you no room for a psychological drag.  What is psychological drag?  That is just a fancy term for laziness.  Let us face it, it is easy to get lazy.  If you look at your to-do list as one massive block of text, the psychological wall starts to form and all of a sudden, you feel paralyzed and you gravitate towards the 80% that is fun to do but do not really push your business forward.

The first step to do that is by chopping up your big goals into smaller lists.
