Forum Marketing That Works!

Small is beautiful.  A small list allows you to take rifle shots at what needs to be done, leaving you no room for a psychological drag.  What is psychological drag?  That is just a fancy term for laziness.  Let us face it, it is easy to get lazy.  If you look at your to-do list as one massive block of text, the psychological wall starts to form and all of a sudden, you feel paralyzed and you gravitate towards the 80% that is fun to do but do not really push your business forward.

Yes you might be doing things, but that does not mean you are not lazy.  Psychological drag’s form of laziness is when you procrastinate or shy away from the things that really move your business forward and those are the 20% of activities that are revealed through the Pareto analysis of your business operations.

One highly effective way to defeat psychological drag is to chop up the big goals – the 20% that leads to 80% of the results – into smaller lists allowing you to go through each list items quickly and make them more manageable and more psychologically rewarding as you knock down these small list items in rapid succession.  This can be done.  It cannot be done perfectly overnight, but with enough practice and perseverance, this can become a second habit.  Turn success into a habit. The first step to do that is by chopping up your big goals into smaller lists.

Focus On the 20% that Pushes Your Brand Forward
A famous economist in the 1800’s came up with the concept of the Pareto principle.  In basic terms, the Pareto principle says that in any system, the small minority is responsible for the majority of the results.  For example, in any company, 80% of the results, profits, and things that move the company forward in

When it comes to writing effective ad copy, having a psychological hook is one of the obvious things a copywriter goes for.  When you are writing Google AdWords ad, the call to action is straightforward.  The psychological urgency of the ad is also pretty obvious.  Unfortunately, when it comes to product descriptions, most copywriters forget

    How Budget Plays in Outsourcing
If you are a small- to medium-sized enterprise, we understand that your budget is a key priority. Not all enterprises have sizable resources to invest in a branding campaign.  If you do have a fixed budget to play with, this restricts your choice of branding agency. Just like with any other service provider, agencies often segregate
